PAOK BC announces the agreement with the American basketball player Elston Howard Turner Jr, who will be assisting our team’s effort for the 2020-2021 season.

Elston Howard Turner Jr was born on March 6, 1990 in Missouri, and is a guard/forward that measures at 1.96m.

Following his graduation from the Elkins High School, he started his college career from Washington (2008-2010) and completed it with Texas A&M (2010-2013), averaging 17.5 points (47.8% in 2p.and 36% in 3p.), 3 reboundsand 2.3 assistsin his senior season.

He found his first professional contract in the2013-2014 season with Pesaro and the LegaBasket, counting 16.8 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.

The beginning of the new season found him in France, however his stint with Chalon was rather brief. He then returned to the Italian LegaBasket for Happy Casa Brindisi, playing with them 30 games and counting 9.3 points, 2.6 reboundsand 2.2 assists.

In the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 seasons, he played for Vanoli Cremona, playing a total of 60 games with them for the Lega and averaging 8.3 points, 2.7 reboundsand 2.2 assists.

He played for Napoli and the second Italian division in the beginning of the 2017-2018 season, with an average of 22.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.6 assistsin 14 games, while he then transferred to Siena (15.4 points, 3.7 reboundsand 3.7 assists in 16 games).

He left Italy for the first time in years in the 2018-2019 season and played in Germany and the BBL wearing the jersey of Bremenhaven, where in 32 games he counted 11.8 points (39.2% in 3p.), 2.5 reboundsand 3.8 assists.

He came to Greece for Ifaistos Lemnos last season in January of 2020 and only got to play 5 games before the League was interrupted with 9.6 points (50% in 2p., 40.9% in 3p.and 83.3% in free throws), 2 reboundsand 1.2 assistsin 20 m.p.g.
