Kostas Flevarakis commented on his complaints against the scorers’ table as well as other factors of the game during his post-game statement.
PAOK’s coach also spoke about the different outlook of his team from the first half to the second.

Congratulations to Soulis Markopoulos and to Aris and with all due respect I will say that many thing transpired tonight at the scorers’ table and in the game that do not honor Greek basketball.
Nevertheless, I will congratulate the opponent because all of that have nothing to do with the effort of the team of Aris. We will continue fighting and I wish that both teams navigate past hardships and take the correct course. We shall continue fighting and we will be justified at the end».
About the three Thessaloniki teams: «Those with the experience know that the best championships took place when the three Thessaloniki teams had been strong. What I want to say is that they are three important teams for the League with love for the game. All three have been deprived of success. They need to build on their roster and continue fighting under tough circumstances. I have a different take on the fan differences. All three teams should be working together».
About the improved outlook PAOK has had in the second half: «Many things were said in the locker rooms, but the thing is not only what you say but what you get to see on the floor. The team had to speed up and use bodies in the match ups. We took the game where it should go and why we lost is a totally different discussion. About the problem with the gym’s air-conditioning: «I’m not going to be talking about the conditions and the heat. I don’t think they had an impact on the result. I mostly talk about things that happened at the scorers’ table. The heat was a problem for both teams. I don’t have anything negative to say about the atmosphere in the gym. I prefer playing in a packed gym but having the fans split 50-50 is even better».
