Bad luck once again knocked our team’s door. This time, it was Stavros Schizas that suffered a serious injury and will have to undergo surgery to correct the problem with his shoulder.

PAOK’s forward will go to the operating room Thursday morning (11/4) to undergo a procedure to repair of the upper right cartilage defect (detachment) on the right shoulder blade. Dr. Iosif Gavriilidis, orthopedic surgeon, is going to perform the operation at the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thesaloniki.

We all stand by Stavros and expect him to return stronger and ready for next season.
