Hello readers! It has been quite some time since we last met. With the FIBA window this last week it has made the month of February feel like the longest month of the season not the shortest like it says on the calendar! We had some days off to begin the window, with some guys participating with the Greek national team, and then we had a good full week of practice with all our guys back including the addition of Josh Carter! However that addition comes at the subtraction of Elijah Mitrou-Long due to a season ending knee injury. On the positive side, He had a successful surgery last weekend and is recovering at home here in Thessaloniki! ???? get healthy soon my guy!

As for the game this weekend at Larissa. This is the second time around playing Larissa, we lost a heartbreaker in beginning of the season at home. Now going on the road they have had some big victories against top teams in the league at home, making this a very difficult challenge for us Sunday. They play fast and confident and have shooters and creators at all the guard spots. The key for us will be to control the tempo of the game make them work on offense for their baskets. It won’t be easy, but with the time since our last game we have had more time than usual to prepare coach’s strategy for the game, which should help us in the game!
