– The purchase of a season ticket does not guarantee the live viewing of the Club’s home matches, as it depends on the applicable protocols for holding sporting meetings in force at any given time and under the resolutive condition of the occurrence of any extraordinary force majeure events.

– Entry to the Arena will take place in accordance with the law and with the protocols or mandatory measures applicable at the time of entry. The season ticket holder has no right to withdrawal or refund of all or part of the consideration of the season ticket or compensation of any other form in case of lack or invalidity of the required documentation for their entry to the Arena.
