PAOK mateco announces the deal with the American power forward Michael Gilmore, who is going to play with our team in the season 2023-24. We welcome Michael Gilmore in the big PAOK family!
Michael Gilmore was born in January 15th 1995 in Jacksonville of Florida, his height is 2.08 and he’s competing as a power forward. He is coming from an athletic family and that can be confirmed from his uncle and Hall Of Famer, Artis Gilmore! Michael also has a Belgian nationality (due to his mother) and in 2021 he did his debut with the Belgian Men’s National Team.
Michael Gilmore played basketball in James Rickards High School and joined the famous college VCU, in which he graduated in 2019 and a year after (2019-20) he played for the first time in Europe, in Germany with Phoenix Hagen.
He has also played with... Telenet Oostende (2020-21), G league and Mexico (Rayos de Hemosillo for the 2021-22 season) and then BC Lulea (2022-23) in which he had an impressive appearance and made an excellent season!
