
PAOK BC announces agreeing to a one year deal with Jermaine Love, who will be playing for our team in 2020-2021 season.
Jermaine Love was born on March 27, 1989 in Chicago, is 1.91m. tall and a guard.
After graduating for the Rich East High School, he went to college and played for Prairie State, from 2008 through 2010, while he got to play for Illinois-Springfield in the next couple of years, with an average of 16.5 points, 4.8 reboundsand 1.7 assists during his last season.
Love started as a pro in from the second division of Lithuania, where he spent two seasons (2013-2015), playing for BC Palanga and Vilnius.
The upgrade came next season (2015-2016) when he was signed by Lietkabelis (first Lithuanian division), counting 8.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2 assistsper game in a total of 36 games.
Lithuania was his next season destination as well, this time with Nevezis, averaging 11 points, 3.9 reboundsand 3.5 assistsand shooting with a percentage 36.8% from the perimeter.
Season 2017-2018 found him in Poland with Trefl Sopot. His stats recorded 13.6 points, 3.3 reboundsand 3 assistsper game, shooting with an outstanding 48.2% from the perimeter!
Holargos got to introduce him to Greece next year and Love counted 10.9 points (41% with 3p, 85.9% with free throws ), 2.6 reboundsand 2 assists, in 24.3 m.p.g.
He played for the second Italian category in the beginning of last season for Tezenis Verona, with 14.1 points, 4.1 assistsand 3.6 rebounds in 14 games, while he then returned to Greece for Kolossos Rhodes, where he played with Malcolm Griffin. He only had time to play 4 games before the League was interrupted, counting 16.8 points, 3 reboundsand 2.8 assists.
Jermaine Love complete the 2019-20 season in Israel just a few days ago, playing for Hapoel Holon. His numbers there were 11.9 points, 3.1 reboundsand 2.6 assists, with a percentage of 45.5% from the perimeter.
