Since summer of 2011, Nikos Stavropoulos, Soulis Markopoulos and Telis Zournatsidis were joined by Bane Prelevic, who returned to the team, this time serving as the team's President. Soulis Markopoulos would be leading the team bench for eight consecutive years, setting unique records in the history of PAOK and Greek basketball. He became the longest serving coach in the history of the team and the same time the coach with the most games in the first national category of Greece.
In 2014 PAOK once again won 3rd place and repeated the same feat with consistency and a completely healthy outlook on and off court next season. PAOK is 3rd in 2015 also, while the team shows to have impressive consistency in terms of its European games as well. The team qualifies to the second round of the European competition it participates for five years in a row, creating the impression that the moment for something bigger is not far away.
